LOUIS MASASCHI, co-founder and managing partner of JLL Realty Developers LLC, and is based in Springfield, MA.  Lou brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate where he has overseen the development of complex projects, ranging from restaurant and mixed use commercial developments to condominium housing. 

​

Prior to founding JLL Realty Developers, Lou spent 10 years with MEC Construction, one of the largest privately-owned construction companies in the Northeast.  At MEC, Lou was responsible for all facets of real estate development from general construction management to leasing of destination shopping centers in the greater Boston area.  In 2001, Lou moved to New York City and obtained his real estate broker’s license. In 2007, he moved to Western MA to focus on expanding and managing his real estate portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of office and restaurant space.

This combination of experience in both residential and commercial real estate markets provides his expansive knowledge base and contributes to the success of JLL Realty Developers.  Lou obtained his bachelor’s degree from Norwich University where he was an All-American hockey and lacrosse player.  Lou is married with one son and has lived in Longmeadow, MA for more than 10 years.

Jeannette Norman

JEANNETTE NORMAN

JEANNETTE NORMAN is co-founder of JLL Realty Advisors, Inc. and JLL Realty Developers LLC.  Jeannette brings diverse experience in both real estate and restaurant entrepreneurship with a strong proficiency in the conduct, interpretation and presentation of business objectives and deliverables.

She began her career with Ruth’s Chris Steak House located in New York City, an upscale chain in the U.S. where she was responsible for $9 million in annual sales.  Following that she worked at Goldman Sachs also located in New York City as Vice President of Corporate Services in their Operations Division which oversaw their in house corporate dining program and their real estate and property management division.

   

After relocating to Massachusetts in 2007 Jeannette co-founded JLL Realty Advisors, Inc. a real estate company that currently owns and manages commercial, residential and retail properties in Western Massachusetts.  Additionally, she, along with her husband Louis started Food Court LLC, JLL Restaurant Enterprise LLC, and Black Horse Realty LLC which operates the Copper House Tavern located in Somers, CT.  All three operations went under extensive construction rehab and opened their doors in 2012, 2013 and 2015 respectively.

Jeannette obtained her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from New York University.  Jeannette lives with her husband and son in Longmeadow, MA.

Christine Gendron

CHRISTINE GENDRON, CPA

Financial Manager

JLL Realty Developers LLC

 

CHRISTINE GENDRON, financial manager of JLL Realty Developers LLC, and is based in Springfield, MA.  Chris brings over 30 years of experience in corporate and individual taxation and financial analysis.

Prior to beginning with JLL Realty Developers LLC earlier this year, Chris spent 25 years as tax manager at Gerber Scientific, Inc. in Tolland, CT. where she was responsible for all tax compliance relating to a $600 million multi-national corporation.    

 

In addition, Chris worked directly with the Tax director and CFO on acquisitions, audits and special projects.  She is a Massachusetts Certified Public Accountant and has prepared individual tax returns as a side-line business for many years. 

​

Chris obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Western New England College and earned her Master’s in Taxation at the University of Hartford.  Chris is married with one daughter and has lived in Feeding Hills, MA for more than 25 years.
